Change is a valuable book providing ideas and solutions for anyone dealing with change and is feeling overwhelmed—either in their business or personal life. It helps you recognize the opportunities that accompany change.

I was hired by FranklinCovey to design and illustrate the book. It was different than most other business books in that the authors used a parable to highlight the main stages of change.

As the book’s content evolved the authors decided that the parable portion of the book could be slightly revised as it’s own small stand-alone book. It’s called Who Rocked the Boat? since that is so often what Change feels like.
